5. 316L不锈钢

超低碳钢,具有(yǒu)良好的耐敏化态晶间腐蚀的性能(néng),适用(yòng)于制造厚截面尺寸的焊接部件和设备,如石油化工设备中的耐蚀材料。

 

6. 316H不锈钢

7. 317不锈钢

超级完全奥氏體(tǐ)不锈钢,是芬兰奥托昆普(OUTOKUMPU)公司发明的一种超级奥氏體(tǐ)不锈钢,其镍质量分(fēn)数為(wèi)24%26%,碳质量分(fēn)数小(xiǎo)于0.02%,耐腐蚀性极好,在非氧化性酸如硫酸、醋酸、甲酸、磷酸中具有(yǒu)很(hěn)好的耐蚀性,同时具有(yǒu)良好的抗缝隙腐蚀及抗应力腐蚀性能(néng)。适用(yòng)于70℃以下各种浓度硫酸,在常压下耐任何浓度、任何温度的醋酸及甲酸与醋酸的混酸中耐腐蚀性也很(hěn)好。原有(yǒu)标准ASMESB-625将其归人镍基合金,新(xīn)标准将其归為(wèi)不锈钢。中國(guó)只有(yǒu)近似牌号015Cr19Ni26Mo5Cu2钢,少数欧洲仪表厂商(shāng)的关键材质采用(yòng)904L不锈钢,例如E+ H的质量流量计的测量管就是采用(yòng)904L不锈钢,劳力士手表的表壳也采用(yòng)904L不锈钢。

 

11. 440C不锈钢

马氏體(tǐ)不锈钢、在可(kě)淬硬性不锈钢、不锈钢中硬度*高,硬度為(wèi)HRC57。主要用(yòng)于制作喷嘴,轴承,阀门的阀芯、阀座、套筒、阀杆等。

 

12. 17-4PH不锈钢

马氏體(tǐ)沉淀硬化不锈钢,硬度為(wèi)HRC44,具有(yǒu)高强度、硬度和抗腐蚀性,不能(néng)用(yòng)于高于300℃的温度。对大气及稀释酸或盐都具有(yǒu)良好的抗腐蚀能(néng)力,它的抗腐蚀能(néng)力与304不锈钢和430不锈钢一样,用(yòng)于制造海上平台,涡轮机叶片,阀门的阀芯、阀座、套筒、阀杆等。
